We provide the technical and construction expertise to turn our clients dreams into reality. We usually can do the whole job but will be honest if something is better done by someone else. We coordinate with other subs and contractors frequently so our clients do not have to play the middleman.

Because of high demand, please call us for a consultation and to get on our schedule to make sure your project gets done on time and equipment and materials are available. Exterior work is sensitive to weather and permitting.

What We
Offer

Excavation

Excavation is the foundation of almost all exterior construction. It's not just digging holes. We use lasers to set all grades to a fraction of an inch which is critical for drainage and specific site usage. Whether it is a driveway, foundation hole, septic system, special drainage or full site grading, we have done it

Landscape

We provide specific landscape services as well as whole site services. Engineered block retained walls, hardscapes, granite stairs, bluestone natural steps and patios, stump removal, tree planting, sod installation, brush cutting, grass planting or exterior lighting are only a few services we provided. We are an Ideal Block (IB) preferred installer.

NH Shoreland and Shoreline permitting

Expert is getting through the maze of obtaining NH Shoreland and Shoreline permits.

Snow Removal

Plowing, large snow thrower and salting.

Stone Works

Create custom stone works such a sculptures, embossed facades, boulder pools, boulder sinks, boulder firepits, slab stairs and slab patios. Other stone work possible as well. Just ask. Always a nice touch to have a custom stone piece as a focal point or accent. All work done on commission based either in one of our shops or onsite.

Concrete Cutting

Concrete cutting, rock cutting and grinding.

Demolition

Grapples, rock hammer, demolition saw and special excavator attachments make easy work of any demolishition projects with minimal damage to surrounding area.

Boulder Retaining Walls

Embedded boulder retaining walls using special rotational excavator attachments. Limits apply.

Erosion Control

After grading and drainage mitigation, apply native planting and materials - Erosion mulch, rip rap, grass sod, blueberry sod, etc. We know what works and what doesn't in New England.
